We are a co-operative teacher-run center, with a range of healing classes and private sessions for all levels and abilities taught by experienced teachers and practitioners.
We are the east bay hub of Svaroopa® Yoga classes and yoga therapy and also offer Prenatal Bliss Yoga, Yoga Philosophy, Meditation, PIlates, and InfinateQi classes.
Our purpose is to help you to cultivate awareness on all levels of your being, through practices and teachings that work with principles of movement, stillness and everything in between. We hope you carry that awareness with you throughout all aspects of your life. We invite you to explore our class schedule and teacher bios at www.emeryvilleyoga.com. While you may want to "shop around", ultimately we recommend that you find the practice or teacher that is most effective for you in this moment of your life, and dig a deep well.
Emeryville Yoga & Wellness is located at 1240 Powell Street (parking and entrance on Vallejo) in a nurturing and serene environment, we share a health-concious building that also houses Emeryville Health & Wellness Center, Studio 74 Pilates and Namaste Fitness.
